i though fox's dair couldn't be crouch cancelled..yet the shine takes zhu's life because it does...it should give enough frames of hitstun for the next hit of the dair to hit...

at least that's what i thought..so what happened

If you're talking about 2:12, the d-air wasn't crounch cancelled, the d-air didn't connect at all.

It looks as if the shine simply outranged it.

Edit -- The shine actually began before the d-air, and its hitbox connected before the hitbox of the d-air came out.
