Teching the cape?

Can you stage tech the cape? when your coming back, and they flip you, if your touching the edge, does it work?

it depends what character they are:

- if they are fox and the forward-b they can (i didnt kno it was possible til kip did that to me)

- u cant if u fire fox

- u also can if ur peach and u get turned as ur doing up-b from below, u can tech it

thats all i can think of from the top of my head.....if ur anyone else im pretty sure u cant....if u ask me the character ur friend uses i can answer.....i may have missed someone bc i have bad memory

It depends on how you get hit by it.

If it sends you into tumble, then you can
If it reverses the move that you were using, then you can't
