I love playing teams much more than I do playing singles, that's just me though. So i though we could post some vids of a team with at least one Samus in it from a tourney or even just friendlies.

So here are my video's of me and this amazing player Kelechi from a PnT tournament on 6-2-08, I didn't upload them so i'm sorry if there's no information yet. They were uploaded by vegassmash, winners finals and finals. We got 1st.

Oh Tudor's team battles. I was actually curious to see these, as I always play team battles online and such and wondered how you did in them too.
I noticed you had friendly fire on also :p that'd make for some interesting battles for sure.
I have a few replays saved, (in the replay form though - I have no video recording equipment), so if you're interested I could post.

I hope that you post some more teamings in the future :)

I don't know if I'd be able to play Team Battle with friendly fire on. I didn't notice that it was on in the first match until you hit Mario, Tudor. *wonders why Tudor called himself NoUp2*

I'm still watching your videos, Tudor. Glad to see some good matches. ^_^ That was an awesome d-air against Marth! By the way, Tudor, I saw that you got squashed by King DeDeDe at Frigate Orpheon. You can use your u-air or Screw Attack just as he is coming back down. You won't get injured. Kelechi plays a fierce Mario!

I also team with a DK :D ...oh wait those are Marios.

In Melee my teammate didn't have to charge anything, so at times he'd hold them off while I charged. I honestly hadn't thought about how well Samus could hold people at bay to let a partner charge up. Zapping repeatedly can be fun, but repeated zaps with a Donkey punch coup de grâce... yummie.

Called myself noup2 because it was in a tourney and if the only change in controls you had was to turn tap jump off you had to use one of the 4 "noup" names for quicker matches. I got caught off guard by the DeDeDe and read him wrong =/

What controller did you use?

Silver Gamecube controller, why?

The other people had names in because they didn't need to change their controller schemes, I needed tap jump off so instead of writing my name and editing my options I used one of the 4 names that already had tap jump off, noup1, noup2, noup3, or noup4.

I thought you had to use another controller. I suppose I read what you wrote, wrong. So, you turned off "up" for your analog stick so you wouldn't jump?

That's some sexy stuff there Tudor.

First some comment's on what I saw. For some reason I noticed the most stuff in the third vid. I really liked how you used your second jumps in approaches. I think it gives her a nice horizontal boost allowing for a semi quicker aerial approach. What do you think? Also I mentioned something about this in gum's new vid thread, but how do view the fair as a stake spiking tool?

Some stuff about teams. I started preferring team battles in With Anyone online, but items, lag and 3 mins is still lame. I keep on forgetting on suggesting it to the people I play in RL with occasionally. Also you and anyone else want to play teams on wifi? With the ZSS trans time decrease we may have some fun Samus/Zamus v. Samus/Zamus. Unfortunately I still suck at the ZSS trans, but I need to work on my ZSS anyways. I was okay with her when brawl first came out, but now its just... eh. Btw Sarah, I guess thats why you knew about the shorter trans time before.

Also that noup thing is cool. I might have to steal that. I just have a notap name for when I'm training, but noup lets you have multi names so that works better when playing with more ppl, though I don't play many people on my system.

Yah I play with tap jump off, as in you cant use your control stick to jump.

Fair is an awesome stage spiker but it's so hard to time right =/

I don't play on wifi... i'm sorry =(

Actually, that isn't how I found out about the ZSS quick trans; Seeing Samus let alone ZSS online with anyone is pretty rare (it's happened thrice out of all the times I've played. **** Ikes and spamchus -.- )

I found out about it because I basically just asked myself what would cause the loading time to quicken ;)

Anyway I'll throw some of my replay data up here eventually

I lol'd at spamchus. But yeah Samus players are rare not sure about ZSS but online I may have played against maybe one on with anyone. Oh and I've kind of figured out how to record stuff. I just have one stupid problem left, but I can deal with it. So if you need anything recorded just send me a pm.

Pretty entertaining matches, I enjoyed watching them. Though I do believe you could work in a little more Down Tilt - after all, it basically is the new Forward Smash for Samus. It's quick, the hit box isn't messed up like the Forward Smash, and it can kill most players at around 130%-150% if it wasn't overused. I love it.
