not work.

I changed Timer at 39 (a frame before Last frame)

good to see this project picked up again xD i remneber the first beta was good but lacked a few animations like edjegrabs and such i hope this gets a very good final release becuase tabuu is an awnsome character and it fits brawl characters better than master hand xD
