Tales Of - Characters for Brawl!

First of all:

To be honest, I only played Tales Of Symphonia. Haven't got the chance playing other games of the series, but I loved TOS.

Soooo, how about some representative (spelling?) characters in Brawl!? Namco would be represented in Brawl then, too. :o

If you like my idea, then post your character suggestions!
If not, explain why and don't just flame me down.

A little sure of yourself, eh? I think it's at least slightly closed-minded to say Pac-Man is the only possible character from Namco, especially considering the myriad of characters they have to choose from. I've yet to hear Nintendo say they would only conisder Pac-Man, so for now, I'll treat your statement as opinion and not fact as you make it seem.

As for Tales characters, I think it'd be pretty sweet to see someone from Tales of Symphonia. My question is though, who would they choose? LOL
Lloyd is the obvious choice, but he's a swordwielder, and I already feel like we have enough of those (with Pit and Metaknight joining the cast). Possibly Sheena or Raine would be a cooler addition? Plus, it would add another female character to the game and it seems like (almost) everyone is all for that.

I don't think any Tales of Symphonia characters will make it, but if they did I would want Regal because he would be so much fun to play as and his moveset would be so original.

I'm voting for Zelos simply because he's Zelos. If he did make it in then Sheena would be a great choice too. The actual likelyhood of them being in the game is 1.5%, but it still would be great.

Regal, heh, yeah... too bad he thrown away the key :D
His super move could be something like... breaking the chains and combo'ing his opponent... afterwards, he takes out another pair of chains and puts them on like nothing happened.

Lloyd because his twin swords would bring in a unique move set (seeing as how Pitt's twin swords turn into a bow and connect to do other moves. Lloyd would be much more focused of twin sword play and not connecting them for any reason.)

Presea because she is super strong and pretty fast. She also has an axe which would give her her own unique moves that have never been in this game. WE NEED MORE DIVERSE WEAPONS and she would bring in some great play AND full some of the need for female characters all at once.

Shenne because her seals are VERY unique and would bring in alot of new ways to attack or bloke. This game needs more mages and she would be a great choice to full that need. . . Along with the need for more female characters. . .

So those are the one I want in the game. All very unique and all great picks imo.
(If Kratos is picked then he should have hes "angel" wings so he could be like a one sworded Pitt with exshepe(SP?) powers. . .and have an alternate Zelos outfit.)

I didn't say they play alike, I said the characters are very similar. I mean they weild swords and do sword based attacks. Now I could understand a Magic user from the series. Though I don't believe the series has had a big enough impact on the gaming world to get into the game.

Not to mention that Lloyd was a special guest character in SoulCalibur Legends for the Wii. The game was okay, I guess.

I'm a huge fan of the Tales of series. Have you ever seen the OVA anime of Tales of Symphonia? I am also looking forward to the next upcoming titles like Wii's ToS: Knight of Ratatosk, DS's Tales of Innocence, and Tales of Vesperia.

Lloyd would be awesome obvious choice. Brawl doesn't have any character with swords generating shockwave-based special attacks. To myself, I prefer Destiny's Leon Magnus/Judas, Symphonia's Kratos Aurion, Abyss's Guy Cecil or Jade Curtiss, or Legendia's Senel Coolidge.
