So... I'm in a bit of a bad situation.

I saw a King K. Rool support post and I commented on it, curiously asking the poster why he thinks the character should be DLC (and if he has potential as a fighter). After responding, the poster decided to send me a friend request, which I accepted since he seemed like a pretty nice guy. Even if we didn't agree on DLC characters, we did have some other things in common.

But now I've discovered something about this guy that makes me very... Uneasy. Very, VERY uneasy.
He appears to have some sort of fondness for... Larger women. I'm not entirely sure about it, but one thing's for certain: I came to find two weird drawings of fat Wii Fit Trainer and fat Zero Suit Samus in my activity feed (along with his other posts, which were more King K. Rool pics) and I must say it was very unpleasant for me. Even if they are in a cartoon style, it's still bothersome... I will ask him to stop if this continues.

For reference, here are his posts...

If asking him nicely doesn't work, should I just remove him from my friends list? I really don't wanna see this kind of stuff in my activity feed... But I'll feel a little bad about it, too, though. I guess I'll see how it goes...

EDIT: https://miiverse.nintendo.net/posts/AYMHAAACAAADVHjnXUoB3g Ugh...

Just remove him if he doesn't stop. Don't feel bad if you do eventually have to remove him, it's his problem if his posts are making others uncomfortable. Not yours.

That's part of the reason why I don't add random users on Miiverse; I have no idea just what they're going to post.

Edit: Seems like he listened and deleted them. Glad he didn't end up getting reported. :p

Well, it seems like he understands. He says it was just a joke, so that means it wasn't what I feared. That's good.

But now some other person is mad at me because she thinks I'm a "fat people hater"...

When there is disagreement, there is salt. And where there is salt, there is me, collecting the salt to use in a giant laser beam to one day save the earth from the sun going supermassive by using recoil.

...Hey, it could happen.

Wii U News is pretty popular, so it's not too crazy to see 3DS News. Might even be the same guy. :p

Coming from someone who does want Pichu, I do feel that Gabriel is obsessing over this a bit too much.

Guess I should have provided a little context. :p The guy's... literally tickling her. Not the strangest thing, I suppose.

Well, turns out my initial fears were actually correct all along.
That guy on my Friends List just made a post admitting he has an inflation fetish...

I'm not sure if I should link to his post or not, since it might get deleted or something. But... Yeah.

Well, the guy on my Friends List did end up deleting that post eventually. ...And on top of that, he's apparently banned now.

See, that's why you aren't supposed to talk about things like inflation on Miiverse.

Some people have to learn that the hard way. Miiverse is NOT the place for you to get your weird on.

Not gonna lie, every time I see a post like this I'm like this:

When will people stop treating "Yeahs" and Follows like some kind of super special prize?

You should follow people if you genuinely like the content they post and agree with the things they say, not treat it like a prize and follow some random person just for answering an obvious question or getting a lucky guess.

And Yeahs are just things that indicate people like the thing you posted or that they agree with something you said. It's that simple. Yet people continue to value them like some kind of sacred treasure. Why? They're really nothing special in the first place, and further more getting a bunch of these things from one random person after you got a question right is just utterly meaningless.

These "contests" are never going to stop....

No one has ever said anything worth of a follow from me.

The friend request prizes are my favorite. Is that really worth something?

Because we live in a world where everything has to be trivialized for the lowest common denominator. It can't just be "because I like them" anymore. You have to turn it into prizes.

We've done this with relationships, we've done this with communication, and we'll do it with opinions.
