If I'm reading this right, then I think this isn't fair at all. If 5 and 6 combine to vote on 10 it should count as 1 vote. Because you are "combining" numbers, so they are not 2 individuals anymore and shouldn't get 2 votes. If this was true then number 1 could've voted for number 10 in an alliance, and it would still count as one full vote, while without the alliance,, that person isn't able to do that.Well, thats quite a waste if I do say so myself. Yes it would count as four if four people were combined...but if your gonna do something like that, you could use 6 and 5 on one person and 4 and 7 on another.
But I also could've read it wrong and it simply states the same as I just did.
