So I was in my room looking for my old Pokemon Crystal cartridge...

I thought I knew where it was, but I thought wrong.

So, I began to look under all the furniture in my room. I searched under my bed, my desk, and finally, my dressser.

I swept my hand across the floor underneath my dresser and felt a disc. The small size told me that it was a Gamecube game. As I was pulling it from under the shadows, my brain did a quick scan of what Gamecube games I was missing.

Then, it came to me. I pulled the disc out from under the small crack and looked. It was Super Smash Bros. Melee.

I was extremely excited, for I had lost Melee a couple months before Brawl came out. I pretty much forgot about it and eventually only thought out Brawl. Around November, I realized that Brawl was a bit too much, and that I wanted to try something new. I searched and searched for Melee, but I could never find it.

Now, I'm trying to figure out what I should do with it. At this rate, I'm going to be playing Melee for the next couple of weeks. Should I completely forget about Brawl for awhile, and focus on getting good at Melee instead?

I could also sell Brawl...

If you still like Brawl nevertheless, don't sell it. Play some Melee and try it later. If you still don't like it, you can get rid of it, still.

It's up to you, though. I'd never sell a game (or destroy it for that matter). But that's my personal preference. Although I'm thinking of selling Melee.

I never sell games or movies or anything. I keep it all.

My advice to you is to keep it, but do what you think you won't end up regretting.

I'd say to keep both and play whichever one you feel like playing at whatever time.
It happens to me every so often, so I switch between the two, although I rarely play either anymore.

I just bought Melee too, and am playing it a lot. I wouldn't sell Brawl though. NEVER! you could get really into it again, you never know.

Play both in moderation so that you don't get thrown off by the gravity or the superior captain falcon, also keep the game because you may miss it sooner or later.

I applaud you for finding Melee.

Remember, if you start playing Melee, Brawl won't feel the same. It's your choice to decide which one you like better.

After buying brawl, I went back to melee and have hardly touched brawl since. I'd recommend against selling, it, brawl is a good party game. (chaos+ items+ smash balls+ little skill required to pick up= good party game) If you are more into competitive playing, melee is the better option (I don't think anyone still disputes this...) but there are more people who play brawl. It really depends on what you are looking for in the game- which you haven't specified.

I haven't sold Brawl, but even so I 've not touched it for around a year now. Keep it for those occasions where some people come over for a party game, but if Melee appeals to you, it's very likely that you'll simply forget about Brawl.
