The news about Steam is just blegh.

I got loads of cards for it today and was already to make use of em too.....having to wait to use those is probably the least of my concern right now though. Steam's in a really bad situation right now.

I hope they solve the issue really soon. I'm not even entirely sue what the issue is since I've been hearing it could be one of two major problems from several different sources.

Either way, it's pretty ridiculous. Steam Guard isn't proving to be of any help against it either.

and it only auto fills because it's cached on the user's computer

I already canceled my card, I'm not taking any chances. I don't think that it's too far-fetched that hackers might find a way to take advantage of this situation.
