Did you remark it ?
There's still no option for having a ginger trainer.
(I have dark blond hair though)
I'm hoping eventually Pokemon will just let you pick eye, skin, and hair color independently right off the bat and then just leave you to buy your new clothes yourself like most games with custom characters. It'd get rid of most of the complaints (assuming they didn't have some glaring omission or other, of course) and it probably wouldn't even be too much harder to implement than the existing recolor sets.
I can see it aesthetically looking much nicer into the trainer creation system than the current "select a photo" method, so I really think it could only be a plus.
Ah well, I guess it's just up to we the fandom to cross our fingers and keep asking.
As for the perfect game discussion. . .let's see. . .
Perhaps
Champ Gold
and
SegaNintendoUbisoft
's platformer ideals could be wrapped in the same package.
And
A Distant Demon
's idea is perfect and can do no wrong.
. . .But just to be on the safe side, considering
AwesomeAussie27
's comment about weapon variety making shooters great, despite it not strictly being a shooter maybe adding a few extra weapon classes to the hypothetical sequel concept would be a good idea. We've already got a nice selection, but no use letting it stagnate sitting there without shipping in a fresh stock of weapon categories from Dyntos.
Other than that, the mentions seem vague enough that there's no real specific guideline as to what would work. Clearly many of us including myself work more off of gut feelings than general criteria when imagining a perfect game, but there's still enough chance that someone might have a more specific idea that it's still worth poking around once in a while to see what everyone might like.
