That's a trope called "The Worf Effect"5) "X character HANDEDLY defeats Y character that the audience knows is strong to further emphasize the power of Character X."
Hey, at least it'll be two characters this time, and not 1 billion Clouds like last month.FG on February will be nothing but a giant party of Bayonetta Corrin antics.
And dance parties.FG on February will be nothing but a giant party of Bayonetta/Corrin antics.
I might play a lot of FG for the first few days or weeks of their release, just to see how many awful Bayos and Corrins I run into.FG on February will be nothing but a giant party of Bayonetta Corrin antics.
I KNEW there was a name for it. (Thank you)Wveryone knows the only true shippings are RobinXRobin and CorrinXCorrin
As for the anime talk, longest anime I FULLY watched was FMAB
I followed Naruto until the final arc but got bored during it, I think the series highest moment was the Pain Arc, after that, it's all downhill
That's a trope called "The Worf Effect"
I don't see how it's a "sin" considering that it can be done greatly and is a quick way to emphasize how much of a threat the new character is
Yes, it generally backfires and ends up making the defeated character weak, but Tropes Are Tools
Best example for when it's used badly is with Sasuke from Naruto
He gets beaten by almost everyone in the First Part because he's almost always the target for the attempted Worf Effect(Kakashi, Rock Lee and Orochimaru), yet he's supposed to be one of the most powerful characters
Usually, in Anime, it's almost never done right, but in Chrono Trigger, for example, Magus is a threat through most of the game and his fight reflects that which itself is a Disc One Final Boss. Then comes the Ocean Palace and he isn't even able to scratch Lavos and gets defeated in one hit
Remove Corrin in that sentence, and you are even more true.FG on February will be nothing but a giant party of Bayonetta/Corrin antics.
Wait, how does that work?I actually cared to raise my GSP.
So I'm constantly paired against really good opponents.
The example that came to my mind is when Guiron defeated Gyaos without a problem in "Gamera vs Guiron"Wveryone knows the only true shippings are RobinXRobin and CorrinXCorrin

I'll have to mute my TV for a month with Bayonetta screaming louder than FNAF's jumpscares every five secondsFG on February will be nothing but a giant party of Bayonetta/Corrin antics.
I don't even know what is that so...The example that came to my mind is when Guiron defeated Gyaos without a problem in "Gamera vs Guiron"
...For some reason
That's literally the only way to do it.Can you do challenges and other minigames offline and get GSP?
THAT'S THE ENTIRE POINT OF THE SYSTEM! IT LITERALLY DOES NOTHING ELSE!Wait, GSP effects the people who you will encounter online?
That would explain some things.
The same logic that basically has all the movie plots of the Disney Worlds repeating themselves, only with Sora, Goofy, Donald, Heartless/Nobodies, magical powers and the occasional Final Fantasy character thrown into the mix.Legit Question: ¿What was Monstro (the giant whale from Pinocchio) doing in the middle of SPACE (sort of) in KH1?
Why is he there? How did he ended up there? How does a giant whale end up in the middle of SPACE?
**** you space whales that's whyLegit Question: ¿What was Monstro (the giant whale from Pinocchio) doing in the middle of SPACE (sort of) in KH1?

That seems kind of a bad system be honest. That's literally the only way to do it.

I...The Monstro "world" was weird beyond all reason, but I still enjoyed it, if mostly just for it's music.
Agrabah and The Halloween Town worlds will always be my favorites. The original Atlanta level was really fun too (they killed it in KH2, though.)
My favorite worlds from KH2 are Port Royal and the Pride Lands.
Its an awful system, but if you have a high GSP, you have to be good at the game. That seems kind of a bad system be honest.
Hardcore competitive players aren't always completionists.
Too bad you'll never see it again because of Licencing.Favorite world in the series is easily Deep Jungle. 100%. Love that stage and its music. Admittedly didn't like the boss though >_>
Maybe I'm a little biased because I love Pirates of the Caribbean, and The Lion King is my favorite movie of all time.I...
I'm a little surprised.
Those are largely the two least liked worlds of KH2.
Port Royal because of the annoyance of the light mechanic and it just looking so clashing with the art style.
Pride Lands because Lion Sora being... uncomfortable AND IT ALL BEING SO DAMN EMPTY!
That was another world I really liked. I miss Tarzan's presence in the series.Favorite world in the series is easily Deep Jungle. 100%. Love that stage and its music. Admittedly didn't like the boss though >_>
Turtle and related species seem to be some kind of a Spirit Animal for Goofy, given what he turns to in other worlds. My least favorite was mermaid Sora
Although I thought Turtle Goofy was kind of funny
Listen.Since we are on the topic of KH, is there any new world for KH that you would like to see?
I kinda want a Dumbo world with a boss fight against the pink elephants:
(never gonna happen but let me dream)
