I honestly don't know if ballancing would be required, it's just the obvious thing to do when you port a game.

This is what I expect, not what I want. 3D would be almost no use to SSB64 at all but it can't be much less fitting than in Paper Mario surely and you can't port to a 3D console without using the gimick.
implying that smash 64 isn't very balanced originally

just fix Pikachu's recovery and kirby's up tilt and the game is fine.

I also don't think fighting games work well on a DS regardless, it seems more oriented for puzzles, RPG's, or racing (like mario kart DS...or all of the RPG's on it)

Those with android phones, Project64 emulators will be coming to the phone in the near future. They already have the program running in beta for Iphones.

No idea if these will be online, or system link, compatible though. =/
