I think Michael Rooker walked up on stage without being invited. Especially when he started talking about Black Ops since Bill had the "are you serious?" expression on his face.

I guess Nintendo was promoting Guardians of the Galaxy, but I am not sure, because walking up on stages is something Michael Rooker would do, especially when he is drunk.

Edit: I know these two sentences sound contradictory to each other, but I believe the Guardians of the Galaxy is what Nintendo was promoting and Michael Rooker brought up Black Ops.
