I have a nasty habit of either losing games or selling them years prior; I've been better about it more recently, however. This time, I'll ****ing keep the Legacy collection and not get rid of it for something stupid. Lol.
Rising is the very definition of meh, in terms of both gameplay (it gets incredibly redundant at points) and story (if you're expecting a real continuation of MGS4, leave it at the door). I was actually very, very disappointed.
Also, don't get me wrong, I'm hyped about MGSV...I just wish Kojima would continue the story that was established in MGS4. The setting is perfect.
Smooth Criminal
Yea, I sold a lot of Wii games a couple years back, and I regret it so badly. (Madworld, Punchout, Warioware SM, Warioland SI, NMH2, and Tatsunoko v Capcom)
I stopped doing that though, because I realized how dumb it was.
Also, I don't know how to feel about MGSV, I'm super hyped, but I'm not sure about some things. They seem to be focusing too much on hyper-realism for my taste, and it might kill some of the magic of MGS.
MGS games always had cutting edge graphics for the time, but didn't care so much about realism (cyborg ninjas, vampires, ghosts), and that always made it somewhat whimsical.
Now there's real-time weather and passage of time and the forced moral theme of child soldiers and whatnot (I'm sorry, but the whole conflict diamond thing doesn't seem too fitting for MGS at the moment)
I hope it's all well-executed, I trust Kojima. It all just seems iffy right now.
