Looks like you've found a hacked egg if it hatched into an Ursaring and can learn Wood Hammer.

I posted last night that I was so mad that I got to the end of Heartgold and had all of my planned team but Ursaring (And Tyranitar of course) only to find he's NOT IN HEARTGOLD!!!

I thought I might as well just give him an awesome attack and 31 IV's while I was at it

Edit: It also just happened to have a good EV spread. Or at least what I felt was a good EV spread

Clearly this egg was the result of a Sudowoodo breeding with a Ursaring.

...after the Sudowoodo hatched from egg layed by a Missingno.

Missingno confirmed to be in Pokemon X and Y.

I wouldn't do something so extreme (and pointless...?) . I'd just give him thunderbolt to make up for the fact that Thunder Punch isn't special anymore

Though Discharge would be closer to Thunder Punches damage

Reminds me of the time I've done hacking in Pokemon, and because of being rash there was some rather odd combinations of abilities and moves. For example, one time I accidentally had an Infernape that had the same ability and moves as a Reuniclus (Magic Guard, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Recover, Focus Blast).

Also, has anyone tried a Hackmon battle before? Basically it's when you have a Pokemon fight where the rules of what is legal is thrown out the window. I think the only rule that is applied is no Huge Power or Pure Power.

People are finding strange Pokemon... how weird. Though, recently, I was playing Pearl and running around in grass. And BAM! a shiny Luvdisc appears (level 50).

Speaking of Luvdisc, it seems to be a running gag of sorts that Luvdisc is the most recurring Shiny I've encountered. I think over the years I've found 4, twice in Pokemon Emerald, once in Pokemon Diamond, and once in Pokemon Black 2. Then again, I love Heart Scales.

Ursaring with wood hammer makes perfect sense. He uses his grizzly strength to rip out the nearest tree straight from the ground and slams it into the opponent.

I actually have a hacked Jirachi named LuvMe, lol.

I've never hacked myself (both lack of caring and laziness), but I accept whatever my friends give me. Gen II I remember having a Mewtwo that knew Meta Claw, Pin Missile, Aeroblast and Zap Cannon, all simply because they looked cool (especially in Pokemon Stadium).

I wish. I remember finding a MissingNo. on my old Red cartridge way back in the day, when most people didn't even know what an internet was. It just happened to pop up in the wild and I never figured out what it was until way later when I started using the internet, thought it was an actual Pokemon, just rare or something. For the longest time I tried surfing up and down the Cinnabar cost trying to find another one, not knowing I had to talk to the old man first.

MissingNo. is still my favorite Pokemans ever. It always screwed my cousin over in link battles because he couldn't see his screen.

I totally love Heart Scales as well haha. Gotta luv those gimmick Pokemon.

Although, one of my faves is Chatot. It's pretty hilarious you can record your voice via Chatter, and it plays (though, iirc, a bit distorted) during the attack and Chatot's cry. It's also interesting that the chance of confusion depends on the volume of the recording. It's an innovative idea, to say the least.

My first and only shiny appeared when I was trying to get to Rayquaza on my Pokemon Emerald game. I nearly lost it when - low an behold, it was a shiny wailmer! 1 great ball and 2 ultra balls later, it was mine. Sadly, about 2 years after, I had lost my Emerald game after moving to my new home; the good news was that I had already transferred my Wailmer onto Pokemon Pearl.
