Metroid Fusion.

The original Metroid has not aged very well. It comes to show just how important it is to have a map in Metroid games.

Metroid Fusion is one of the best games of all-time.

Heck, like half of the Metroid (canon) games are some of the best games of all-time.

Seriously though, Sector 1 should be a stage in Smash.

Also, hopefully the Wii U Metroid stage isn't from Metroid: Other M. That would really piss me off, especially since Prime 3 was a stone cold classic. But then again, Sakurai's Metroid stage choices are atrocious, so seeing as how he largely ignores Prime, a Other M stage is probably going to happen, while a Prime 3 stage won't.

Or Sakurai could pick out a stage from Super Metroid. Then again, that's kinda been done to death. Least we had a Prime stage in Brawl. I'm not sure what part of Other M would be good for a Smash stage. Maybe that part where you fight Ridley? That's the most memorable part of the game for me and for some others. It's also in DoA Dimensions too.

Random songs I like off the top of my head are Team Galactic battle, Tom Nook's Store and Unfounded Revenge/Smashing Song of Praise. (if only new pork city and spear pillar didn't suck ;-; at least Spear Pillar is tolerable :/)

Yeah, that Dead or Alive area is the only memorable area from the game.

And yeah, Super Metroid has been done to death, mostly because Sakurai seems ignorant on that game. Seriously, he made 4 stages from that game (well, 1 was kinda from the original Metroid), and all of them had lava. I don't know about you guys, but I remember all kinds of environments in that game, but all I ever got from Super Metroid in smash "lava, lava, lava!"

As for the Prime stage... ugh... I don't know where Sakurai got the flipping from, but that was the dumbest idea for such a stage, especially since the flipping physics were stupid. Whoever worked on the stage flip should never make platformer or fighting game stages ever again. #GameArtSucks

But ultimately hopefully Sakurai surprises us and chooses a good Metroid stage, like the Space Federation Brigade, Planet Phaaze, or Skytown Elysia.

As for negative 100th party characters, those are only fictional characters based on nonfictional characters based on fictional characters in a universe that ultimately doesn't exist in stories that have been made in our dimension. Literally that would be like a Darth Vader based on a Benedict Arnold based on Magneto in a fictional universe that doesn't exist in our dimension.

POSITIVE 100th party is just American Presidents, however.
