So I got a simple question

I was going to name it "Officail OTL group" but that's boring. Any suggestions (Only serious ones please)

Maybe I should call it the "OTL BRoom" xD

Also can someone explain the details of a "Moderated" group please?
My guess is that people need to request to join and can't just join at will, or I guess I could just go public, but I want only OTL people in there and no random people
