Stupid 26 Damage Charge Shot

Why in the world is the charge shot doing 26 damage fresh while in a match?

Go to training mode, where there is supposed to be absolutely no damage decrease, with the damage counter and combo counter, and you find that a full charge shot does 25%.

Why in the world would it do 26% in a match?
Stupid thing.

The highest I've seen the Charge Shot go is 25%.

No, the only thing that I'm actually annoyed about is not the nerfing... just that in match, the charge shot can do more than training mode...

Training mode does not have diminishing returns, but all attacks are set at a slightly lower power to compensate.
