stop dying for no reason on Battlefield

i'm sick of seeing fox players die for no reason on battlefield just because they don't know how to recover correctly

so i made this video to explain how

tricks to not die on battlefield:

1. use the correct firefox angle
2. ride the ceiling as long as possible to extend your up+b
3. if needed, fastfall as soon as possible after your up+b so you can grab the ledge backwards easier.

all these tricks work with falco too

If you're a little bit under the ledge where your illusion will go under the stage you can shorten the illusion because it makes yiur edge grab range big enough to grab it from under the ledge. :3

do you guys know specifically how firefoxing straight horizontally into the ledge works on bf

ive heard that not holding towards the stage lets you grab it, but ive gotten inconsistent results from that

i don't know exactly how that works but i think it's just one of those things experienced players learn how to avoid even if they don't know what makes it happen

yeah it hardly ever comes up for me, i just cant figure out exactly why sometimes i die and sometimes i grab the edge
