I dont know if this was posted already but i didnt saw it around here, so First ill post here ill add it to my guide later.
Well as you all can remember, in melee falco and fox could stall, well in brawl they can still fire/bird/fox stall in the edge however it must be pulled incredible fast because if you take a little time you might end doing the shine and SD. it works exactly as the same as melee.
Stall Steps.
1. While in ledge, press down to drop.
2. Press immediately up and b
3. done, repeat any time.
If done correctly falco will stay at the same level surrounded by flames and hurting players, i tested it against cpu and they couldnt get back except for captain falcon and ganondorf, that their up b grabs you.
