Generally, there is a way around these things with restarting the console and such but if there really was 100% no way a match could be played out, I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. "TO's discretion" usually has to come into play in those very rare situations, it's just a hazard of online play. Thankfully they are pretty rare.
Also as I type this, we have 121 signups! WOW GUYS! I didn't imagine this would be THAT exciting! Thank you to everyone aatte
I wish I could have joined my first ever online tourney, but the error code happens to me far too often for me to have any hope of even getting even my first battle. SorryAn hour before the tournament begins, a button will show up on the challonge bracket that you use to check in.
140 SIGN UPS! This is by FAR the most I have seen in a LONG time for any online tournament! Get excited everyone!!!
You know, tell me the EXACT error code you get, I'll try to look into it and see if there is a solution out there so you can joinI wish I could have joined my first ever online tourney, but the error code happens to me far too often for me to have any hope of even getting even my first battle. Yes, not every match would be streamed since it's simply too much to manage. You join the IRC chat that's liked in our very first post and a bit of the page to talk to your opponents, strike stages, and all of that. For the wins and losses you can report them directly on challonge!I'd sure like to participate, and I signed up, but I have a question regarding the amount of people in the tournament. I just assume now that not every match will be streamed. How will we face our opponents and tell about winning/losing?
Alle righty. Thanks for the quick answer! Will try my best to be there in time.Yes, not every match would be streamed since it's simply too much to manage. You can watch some yes. More than likely we wont be streaming the pools this week just because it ends up going slow, but if you want to watch the op cut of players it should work perfectly for you!are we gonna be able to watch the others match?
That's seriously awesome! Hope you do well just like last time!Had too much fun last time to not come return for some Sunday Smash. Im looking foreword to competing again.
Awesome! Can't wait to see you there, hopefully you do well!Since I may be unable to attend a local Sm4sh and Melee tournament this weekend due to complications with transportation, this will be the next best thing for me. Hoping to attend these as often as possible. Excited for tomorrow!
