What is SSB Roster Rework?
SSB Roster Rework is a project that mostly focuses on reworking every Veteran Fighter in the Super Smash Bros. series.
This also inculdes Playstyles, Stats, Custom Moves, Gimmicks, etc. This also comes with Echo Fighter & Newcomer concepts.

I would give Ness the Sound Stone for his Final Smash. What it would do is play the Eight Melodies and as it plays, the fighters take damage while it puts them to sleep.
