How about this. I boost the time back. I could push the 3DS version to 7:00 PM Check-In and 8:00 PM Start. Wii U would get the same treatment of 8:00 Check-In and 9:00 PM start. That could work.

I don't like the new times. No european can join the times, unless they're night owls. starts at 2.00am to 4.00am for us europeans

SonicKirbyElric, I think it's imperative that you put the rules and new times on your OP, as well as stating what your stage-picking rules will be and whether we go double blind or not. I'd also like to make the point that running a tournament with this many people can be very tough. I've only had one tournament, and that was with a third of the people you have. You may want to consider some admins on the bracket to help with organizing everything. Unless you plan on splitting up the days.

Update 1: I am currently looking at dates for the tournaments but here is whats going to be going for tournamnet order.
Day 1: Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS Singles Bracket
Day 2: Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS Doubles Bracket
Day 3: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Singles Bracket
Day 4: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Doubles Bracket
I will of course be participating in all tournaments and hosting! I will check with my family to see what dates I'm available, but I'm thinking July 13- 16 since my dad will be at the New Horizons arrival at Pluto during that time and seeing how my Grandma might be over I think I'll be available for a long time this time around to check the chat and all that stuff. These dates are subject to change and may not be final.
Update 2: I'm reconsidering the 3DS stage selection. Since Arena Ferox has a reported Cave of Life, I may cut that from the stage selection.

Update 3: DLC Collections 1 and 2 are allowed. That means Dreamland 64, Ryu, Roy, and Lucas are all playable. I am going to make a bracket soon, but in order to pair up with a user on Challonge for doubles on the bracket, you need to create a team. That means, creating a team name and avatar profile. So for example, if I wanted to create a team with my brother, I would need to create the team, and add him after I finish setting t up. Afterwards, you would go to the bracket and sign-up your team there. Speaking of teams, anyone here want to be my doubles partner for both versions?

July 14: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Singles
July 15 (Birthday Tournament): Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS Doubles
