Some weird Brawl+ glitch regarding Zero Suit Samus...?

Well, I was bored and trying to play characters [that I should never play], and decided to fight a ZSS CPU.

But then...this happened:

I'm using the 4.1 beta, with "Instant" Transformations and File Replacement 2.1a as the new additions to the base codeset.

Haha, that looks like the entry stance, there is a code that allows you to do the entry stance by taunting, maybe you are using it?

Nope, I'm just using the standard Brawlplussery stuff.

I'm not using the nightly release yesterday either. I'm using the April 7th version at the time of playing.

Kinda weird...

But how does that turn ZSS...into ZSS?

That's what I want to know lol. Plus she was standing in her "bored, standing here" pose, not even a taunt.

Plus she disappeared right off the map momentarily.

Eh...I wonder if there's anyway to replicate this.

There's a glitch is the Pokemon Trainer no swap on death code that causes Samus not to be able to transform between either mode. Go to training mode and try out the final smashes or use the taunt transformation with Samus, you won't change. The code was removed in the latest revision because Pokemon Trainer and individual Pokemon that can't swap are being reimplemented.

But ZSS has no way to transform into Armored Samus other than using a Final Smash, which clearly wasn't used. The Taunt Transformation is one-way...

So this is kinda creepy...respawning armor pieces wut?

He was using the instant transformation code which lets you change back to Samus just by pressing left on the D-pad.

This bug is why the latest nightly build reverted back to FR v1.3 and Disable Custom Stages.

That has NOTHING to do with it. It was the no force switch code that was the problem.
