A scepter that has been passed down through Queens of the Nohrian Royal family, that has befallen to Camilla as next in line to the Throne after her brother Xander, taking advantage of its healing properties to assist her siblings when needed. It is also imbued with the Gravity spell, reducing the agility of any nearby enemies and increasing Camilla’s damage output, as well as granting a low version of Charisma, due to the commanding authority given by wielding it.

imo the Ouch Pouch should still be some silly comedic NP. Honestly since a while I've been thinking it was not a good thing on my part to try to limit NPs to just 6 when some Servants like Ushiawakamaru have more than that, she alone has like 8.
