The RWBY spin-off seems like an interesting AU.

I do kinda hope it's not an incredibly dark take on it (considering the original show itself is no stranger to dark turns and harsh realities as of V3) but I think it's got potential.

Can't tell if it's really gonna be an AU or not, but most likely if you ask me.
