Given everything you've been through, I understand why. It just...isn't healthy to feel guilt constantly, so at the very least, I would advise taking more time for yourself in such circumstances in order to calm your nerves.

Perhaps you have made some mistakes that you must own up to eventually. The concern others have for you is not one of them, and that includes my own.
