Anson then looked at Tanya, and recognising her from when they attacked in her first flight practice, has a mixture of both rage and fear, and he begins to shoot at her and her soldiers uncontrollably, who block it. Viktoriya attepted shooting at him from behind, but he survived by blocking with magic, making Tanya sigh as she was about to shoot him...-

-But she stopped after Weiss informed they destroyed all the fort's cannons, the mission a success and Tanya content, Anson then sees in the distance armed cruisers from the Empire and realized this was all a distraction to lower their defenses, the cruisers shooting at the remaining fort and a train from the Republic that was sending reinforces. Tanya orders retreat as Anson stares in horror at the destroyed building and corpses-

Have I seen you before? Oh well, it doesn't matter" as she lets go of him, his final word being Mary's name as he died and fell to the cold water-

-Tanya is impressed by the machine gun's model and decides to take it as spoils, which will become one of her signature weapons, as the Empire's infantry is shown taking over the Republic's fort-
