Solimar's metagame

I decided to use Solimar today against a DK, sad to say, I was destroyed. So, he decided to switch to Sopo, to my surprise, I beat him the majority of the matches(it was like 5-2/1 in the end). I did what I needed to build up damage, mostly Nair and Utilt, some jabs and Dtilts thrown in there to get him into the air or to gain some distance, mostly dash attacks to get him aerial then an Ftilt for the KO. I thought,"Wow if Soli can actually do this well without any pikmin, would he be low tier-tourney if he was allowed at least 1?" SO needless to say, I want to continue using Soli, but I want thoughts on the "would he be low-tier worhty if he had 1 pikmin" part.

I ask of you, the Oli board people, to help Solimar's metagame, even if he gets brutally ***** by basically the whole cast. :3

Solimar can kill around 300% with Dtilt so make sure you save it

Mayne it can be Solimar, Nolimar, Prolimar as far as I care. Low tier tourneys are lame, there needs to be another contender maynes.

Anyways, Olimar would be the worst character in the game by far if he had no pikmin. It's... incomparable. Your motivational speech asking us to use and advance nolimar's metagame is like asking a soccer team to not use their feet.
