I like Vibrant the best. Revolution is too close together and fluid revolution is too far apart.
Smash Blue reminds me too much of Windows 98

aa is asian so anything that he has an opinion on that he judges visually does not count

i also found a picture of mic_128 today:

if he didn't win sexiest mod award of 2007, i'd be very surprised

RL stuff definetly. Since I can't play online smash in college I've largely stopped thinking about it and just go about my day without the urge to post here.

dGames addiction is existent, but irrelevant.

But oh boy you should see me play console at college. It's hilarious because I'm so incredibly bad yet still destroy everyone who thinks they're hot **** at the game. Then, when they ask me for bits of advice/thoughts on characters or items or w/e, I pretty much blow them away with my knowledge of the game that far exceeds my level of play with a controller.

Then they proceed to force me to play as link or ban me from playing with them in general.

This one casual at my school has gotten to the point where he can consistently djc uair and dair with ness really quickly and has even begun to tech chase dair combos into dsmash or dair edgeguards.

he'd never heard of a tech or zcancel until I played with him either. you should have seen his face when I told him there were plenty of techs out there he had never heard of. i showed him malva's youtube and the index thread on here.

probably practicing alone in his dorm room with the lights off right now.

So I just bought a new HD TV on Black Friday because i'm a chump and can't stay away from the deals and it has an option called game mode that's supposed to eliminate lag from game consoles. Do any of you know if this works? I haven't finished plugging everything up, so I was just wondering.

Not so much "eliminate" as "reduces up to 30%" lag.

There will still be lag. How much? Every TV is seemingly different, but Game Mode will definitely help. However, 30% off of 15 frames isn't much so you'll just have to test it out for yourself!

Also, notice how I said "up to" 30%. You might not even get that...

Not having internet for a few day was worse than I ever could have imagined :(:urg::(

BUT the good news is Thanksgiving was awesome (as usual).

AND I actually achieved my life long goal of beating cpu Wario in mecha marathon. Life=complete.

dang nice man. you rep 210 11 times and only max out at 260? that fresh or post lifting
Fresh, but haven't really seen what I can max since I've been upping weight pretty fast now (about time- I plateaued for like 2 years). 260 I did 5 times easy lol. I'm trying to max again tomorrow with more. Purdy exiting stuff :awesome:.

Are you considering using a controller online? Keyboard is much too funky.

Get yourself a controller so that you can play better and whatever experience you get online can easily transfer to console. Also, dat avatar.
