Nice. How did you like it?
I personally think it's a solid game, but my favorite LoZ game is definitely Majora's Mask.

I thought it was great (probably an understatement, but nothing else comes to mind). It's hard for me to say how it compares to Majora's Mask, since it's been a while since I played that one, but coming off of Link's Awakening, I appreciated how well the series made the jump from 2D to 3D, since so many games fail to stick that landing.

I'm glad I was following a guide for the Water and Spirit Temples, though.

Not really. And I HATE that I don't because it has probably my favorite roster of characters of the modern trilogy.

I know I like the roster but really felt like they could have went in MKX's story direction, graphics and stuff. And honestly with the whole humanising writing trend of characters, especially some more violent characters like Kratos and BJ. Blazkowicz this gen, felt like MK could have followed in it's steps.

I made a story thought earlier as to how it should have went. Plot was a good concept, just more save it for another time deal.

And the grinding just felt boring.

I thought it was great (probably an understatement, but nothing else comes to mind). It's hard for me to say how it compares to Majora's Mask, since it's been a while since I played that one, but coming off of Link's Awakening, I appreciated how well the series made the jump from 2D to 3D, since so many games fail to stick that landing.

Water temple is infamous, but playing through it myself I found it to be better than I expected.

Yeah as soon as I heard of a second one I basically knew Joel was going to die but... the way he does. Getting killed by the other protagonist of the game only to play as her, not Ellie, for the rest of it because Joel killed her dad is just ****ing terrible execution. Vendettas are fine or whatever but they’re the easiest story thread to hold because “You killed my father prepare to die” has been done and done to varying effects. I was disappointed in TLoU but I will say that if there was one thing that game did right was the relationship between Joel and Ellie. Abby’s story is incredibly basic from what I’ve seen and her seeing Joel and Ellie as the “bad guys” after everything she has seen is just dumb. Then you play the rest of the game with the character who viciously murdered the character that I had an attachment to? And I’m just supposed to be cool with it? I’m supposed to sympathized with it because dad dead? It’s SO BAD man. I’m just disappointed. I thought that, hey maybe I wasn’t a huge fan of the original but maybe this one will turn that around but... the only parts of the original game I liked got his head smashed in with a rusty golf club and her hunted down by a new protagonist. I’m just bummed out, man.

We'll see how this goes - I liked Persona 4 and 5, but I've been playing through the series backwards, and I found Persona 4 to be more difficult than Persona 5.

Scott can't catch a break. Before, he released games too early (in his own words), but he learned better with time. Now, his games leak too early because of multiples factor outside his control.

Guess we can expect FNAF7 to be made by him only, just like the good 'ole time.

P3 is usually either fans' favorite or least favorite game (obviously it's the former for me). I'd say it's worth it if you can get through the awkward pacing and occasionally cheap difficulty.

Now could you announce more for the 2020 tin? Like at least one more promo? This would be a great time to bring Harpie's Feather Duster back, especially since there's no Ignition Assault stuff, so Lightning Storm isn't an easy option other than secondhand market. The tin I think is coming out around October again? Maybe slightly delayed so other product has time to sell because of COVID19.

I'm hoping this sort of starts a trend of good story DLC for fighting games. And also mortal Raiden will be interesting.

PlayStation made some great 1st party games this gen. (How ****ing there they didn't push this more) Gravity Rush 2, Spider Man, Detroit: Become Human, God of War, Infamous Second Son etc.

Definitely a few misses though.

Death Stranding to me is best summed up as a great experiment but an ok game. Same to be said for The Last Guardian. The Order 1886 had a great premise and graphics but that's it. Gran Turismo Sport was just there.......nothing to write home about.

Seriously though, Ghost of Tsushima looks great. Set in one of my favourite periods of Japanese history, open-world samurai game, antagonists being one of the feared empires in humanity's history, and the combat system looks great. Provided I can be as Samurai as possible and patient, I'm happy.

I love playing the game even a year later but I agree on both points to an extent. I feel like too many times this game limits how creative you can be. I also realized after playing the GG beta that the movement in MK11 is honestly a bit lackluster.

Costume grind also isn't great, yeah. It's most noticeable when you want to try a new character and of course want to personalize them to your taste, only to realize you have like 4 ugly costumes and have to grind character towers to get anything you like.
