Pokemon actually getting improved within the same generation is fantastic, and there's so much cool stuff in this DLC. I honestly didn't expect GF to attempt to update Sw/Sh, but I'm so glad they are.

At first it felt weird despite looking cool, but then I remembered other games (including Nintendo) do the same thing. I don’t know why it felt weird. I still feel it’s odd the new Legendary Birds look like they should be Galarian forms of the Kanto trio, since it sounded like they weren’t; they looked cool, just, they seem like they should be forms. I definitely liked everything else about it and will spend my Christmas money.

Btw, the pass costs $30, not $60.

It's only $60 if you buy it using both versions, as the pass one and two are bundled together.
