Would Spawns gimmick be that he has ultra powerful moves, but he's limited on how he can use them, kinda like Hero?

Idk much about Spawn besides a basic sypnosis.

Yeah, early Spawn comics gave him an in-story meter of 9999 magic, and if it ran out, he'd return to Malebogia if I remember right. Some other Spawn games had that in as his meter.

I don't know if MK11 would have that as his meter though.
