Tis the first day of December. Time to get more into the holiday spirit and begin watching my Christmas traditions both Krampus and Elf.

To even think next year is the final year of this decade until we enter an new one. Crazy.

I’m building a McDonalds in Minecraft, and nobody can stop me! But yeah, I have no idea why.

I think people are expecting this "MASSIVE" reveal at TGAs for the final reveal for FP5...

And I'm over here wonder why history could repeat itself.

I'm not going to say that the character won't be Sora-levels of craziness, but

Tell me one time where Smash ended on a perceived 'high' note.

Brawl? Olimar

Smash 4? Shulk(Or was it Duck Hunt?)

Smash 4 DLC? CORRIN and Bayo

Ultimate? Kencineroar and a Plant

Smash has always frontloaded the reveals because, I mean that just makes sense from a marketing perspective. Why would you save "The best for last" if you're trying to sell a product?

I dunno if this DLC 5 is going to be this CRAZY HUGE character, but I'm not getting my hopes up for say, Master Chief levels of a character tbh.
I wonder why everyone always says Olimar was the last character announced for Brawl, it was Wolf.

In my opinion Wolf was really exciting, but I don't know if other people feel the same way.

Anyone up for some Smash Ultimate today? My schedule is now open virtually all day due to the crappy weather and icy roads.

Yeah. They decloned him a bit for ultimate. But they’re just barely different from Fox’s moves.
Are you serious?

Wolf was far different from Fox even in Brawl. Like, Fox only uses kicks and half of Wolf's moves are claw strikes.

I am going to scream. Here’s why.

So, the developer of Sticky Paws, Jonnil, was showing off the game at a semi-big place thing. He was playing the game on Steam, and sense I chat with him through Steam, when I PMed him, the message actually appeared in the corner to all the people watching. I had no idea he was doing this event, so that was embarrasing.

Luckily I didn’t PM him anything regarding the game or anything embarrasing. lol

Wolf wasn't officially revealed pre-launch. He was a post-launch unlockable. Olimar, meanwhile, was the final pre-launch announcement. That's what people mean.

It's the same reason people say Smash 4's was Shulk and not Duck Hunt.

I just like Joker’s taunts. I can stop if you want me to.
Don't listen to him. Keep that "looking cool Joker!"s coming.

EDIT: That's a joke, taunt spamming isn't being a good sport.

Taunting is obnoxious in general.
So no, plz stop it. Before I feel any more embarrassed than I already do.
Personally I don't get how it's "obnoxious in general." It's a game mechanic.

Agreed. I usually just taunt after a kill, sometimes on instinct. (Oops.) There’s only so much of the same noise I can take.

SnakeFighter64 SnakeFighter64 There was never any "de-cloning," even in Brawl Wolf had a completely different moveset with a totally different playstyle.

This is like saying Luigi is a clone of Mario because they share 2 specials, and ignoring that all of their other moves are completely different.

Come on. In brawl his specials were all identical. And remember, your talking to someone who doesn’t give a caramel about frame data and tier lists and “competitive” aspects. So Non-special moves tend to blur together in my mind. I can acknowledge how different they may be if you spend a half hour explaining it in a video, but from my actual play experience, it goes unnoticed. It’s just “character attacks with their main weapon or body part” in my mind.

Technically.... Duck Hunt and BJ were still revealed pre-launch. Of the Wii U version. But 3DS was already out.
