If the term is what I think it is, that's highly offensive in the transgender community.

It's kind of like the n word amongst African American individuals. It's a slur.

That said, I never saw Sabi say such things, and even if they did, I'm all about forgiving and forgetting. Either way... be the better person, y'know?

I haven’t been too active on Smashboards and my activity will probably decrease even further.

Baby #2 is due any day now, a run an English school for preschoolers in my house once a week, a got into a traffic accident when I rear ended another car on the way to my night English class on Thursdays by not paying attention, and I spent yesterday night delivering “I’m sorry” gifts to the family I rearended and then watched Polar Express with my daughter. Thankfully, we have good insurance that covers damage to my car (light) and damage to the other car (moderate). I have heard horror stories of people demanding those who caused the crash to pay for an entirely new car. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen because I do have an extra 20,000 lying around to buy someone a new car.

Personally, Will if you ever want to try picking it up again, I would just skip a bit until the 100 chapter/episode mark. The series really picks up at that point.

I caught up with JoJo's manga, which is maybe 200 short of One Piece? And 200 of those chapters are double the length of One Piece chapters since the change to Ultra Jump. Did it in maybe 5-ish months taking apart breaks and stuff.

I'll live, but it's too boring for me at the moment.

Early OP ain't for everyone. If you ever wanted to give it another shot, I'd recommend reading synopsis of early arcs and then start reading/watching at Arlong Park. Most fans agree that Arlong Park is where the real good stuff gets introduced.

OP certainly has its ups (Water 7, Paramount War, Whole Cake Island) and downs (Impel Down, Amazon Lily, Davy Back Arc), but I still adore it.

That said, My Hero Academia is better.

Which is why I bought it up, and Sabi didn’t even apologize until they were heavily called out on it.

Which I think is pretty wrong either way. To me that shows you really don’t care about what you said and probably say things like it normally. Which is one of my many reasons for disliking Sabi. Again your free to forgive and forget but I thought their actions were worth bringing up anyway in case of any future drama caused by her, especially if it was towards you or anyone else on this site that interacts in her discord

But, seriously, the first 100 or so chapters(or 40-50 episodes) of One Piece are pretty much exposition and can be easily skipped without much long term confusion.
I would recommend binging if you try to watch One Piece, as the general plot becomes way clearer without having to wait for the next chapter/episode

That said, My Hero Academia is better.

It's eh for me. Not a lot of manga hit hard for me. That said, my favorite manga is probably a mix between Steel Ball Run, Berserk, Hajime no Ippo, and Akagi.

The original YGO manga is also fun, but from a narrative perspective I ain't calling that **** a masterpiece, I'm just there for Seto Kaiba being Seto Kaiba. Bakura is also a really entertaining villain in the manga with how violent and malevolent he is, it's just too bad he's only important for a third of the story.

But while Thanos is all about a painless death, the Ryunka can make things even more painful. The snap is just "poof well there goes everyone, he no longer exists".

And I just realized that I've been talking about a show almost no one else has seen.
