Can we please not run this joke into the ground? Sure it's funny, but you've literally reused it easily 5 times whiten the last hour(maybe 2?) or so.

Edit: actually, it's closer to 3ish hours ago when this joke started. My point still stands.
dont worry. The smash fanbase has pretty small brains and will move on to the next meme

It blew my ******* mind to see Sonic make it into Smash while I was getting ready for school that morning. Truly a magical moment.
Man. Back in the good ol' days where all you needed was a png and Live and Learn to be hyped for a character.

Speaking of Undertale, why is Megalovania such a popular song? Don't get me wrong, it is a good song, but I never understood why it is so popular...
Probably because of its context in the game. I have no desire to ever play Undertale, so I don't know for sure, but that seems to be the case.

Same reason why Mega Man X vs Zero is probably so popular. While a good song, there's PLENTY of cooler MMX tracks, if you ask me anyway. But since the Ryu and Ken of the series are throwing hands to the track, it's made even more memorable.

Because SANSFROMUNDERTALE

It's a legit bop attached to a likeable character from a critically acclaimed game.

And how is he funny?
I haven't actually played undertale but I know that he's a character that shows up all the time to crack jokes and stuff

lots of bone puns

In a game that's really quirky I guess he just sort of encapsulates all that humor into one character

he's also a skeleton and the game released around spook season

As much as I love Palutena, Pac-Man really should've been their big reveal for Smash 4's showcase at E3 2014.
They should have played the trailer at the end of the Smash tournament after the showcase. Mind boggling they didn't.

Oh, I think I get it now.

And by spook season, you mean Halloween, I take it?

It was a really strange decision. Of all the characters to announce at a private event, why make that character ****in Pac-Man, probably the most recognizable video game character ever made?

Sorry to change topics here, but can I say that Turbo is probably the best Twist Villian Disney had? It's all because that he had a lot of build up, "Going Turbo" was used all over the film, Turbo himself was explained in a quick back story, King Candy was already implied to be evil after the scene where he went into the game's code, the real twist was more that Turbo was still alive than him being a villian, since we already knew that Turbo was a bit of a **** with his backstory.

I genuinely feel like Pac-Man is one of the most overlooked characters in Smash. Nobody talks about him or even remember he's there and the franchise's presence in Smash is minimal. I don't remember the last time I met someone who was like "oh yeah, Pac-Man is my FAVORITE Smash character!"

Not saying he shouldn't be in the game (in 2014 I might have given you a different answer), it's just kinda odd how overshadowed he is.
