People really arguing blood can't be shown in Nintendo games or on their characters?

Super Metroid had freshly mangled and disembowled corpses of the scientists/researchers on the little station before it exploded and definitely vaporized those bodies.

Ganon originally coughed up blood before it became alien juice in OoT.

Eh. Still blood, and I'm pretty sure the implication is that Ridley gutted them given he was on the station and seemed to have some motive for being there.

We can also menrion how the Metroid's literally decay bodies in that game and the one boss has it's skin melt off in lava before having the skeleton drop in for one last desperate attempt before falling over.

Point is: Nintendo ain't afraid of death and blood.

Anyways, if Calamity Ganon in BotW is really just a small manifestation of the leaking malice from Ganondorf's corpse (which seems likely), then I hope they have Ganondorf completely wreck **** in BotW 2 given Calamity Ganon, a small fraction of his power, was able to infect an entire country/continent with a parasitic evil that could taint and kill as well as endlessly power himself up while reviving his entire army by apparently effecting the Moon.

Like, by all means, contextually Ganondorf should immediately plunge Hyrule into a state of chaos just by awakening.

Lol it'd actually be funny if Ganon just saps the Triforce from Zelda and uses it in a plan to create a timeline where he never lost or something and it just completely ****s the timelines and they all actually do end up merging.

Pikmin is one of Nintendo's most brutal IPs because they don't faint. They can't be revived. And they don't die offscreen.

No, you get to see them being crushed, eaten, burned, electrocuted, poisoned etc. Hundreds of them.

Apologies, I rarely get to peek outside of the Fire Emblem/Pokemon/First Party Fighter Pass/Anime/Keto-Testosterone bunker these days.

Don't ever talk about much to begin with outside of waiting for news/Directs, updates to Overwatch/Mario Maker 2/MUA3/Gears 5, or mild interest in discussions for current/upcoming single player things I'm quietly enjoying (Link's Awakening, DQXIS demo, SNES Online games). Honestly though? How do they top Void Termina? Given the lore behind him he seems to be the Big Bad of the series that set things off. He also can reincarnate so maybe we'll just see different incarnations of Void from now on.

I know a couple people who like that game, so why I wouldn't be terribly excited, I can be interested in it if she's unique.

Though, I don't see it happening. Smash is still fairly conservative about the third parties. Despite and , Bayonetta is still the only franchise we have that's somehow new, in terms of playable characters.

It's not completely confirmed, but it's heavily implied given past info on Kirby plus the fact that Kirb is almost definitely a form of Void and it's almost identical to Kirby.

Also, Galacta Knight MIGHT have ties to Void as one of the four heroes who sealed him long ago. Maybe we'll meet the other heroes who've all been corrupted or turned bad somehow like Galacta Knight. Some also theorize Hyness was one of the four heroes as well, but it's all theory.
