Nintendo and Bethesda, mainly. Outside of a new Rayman game, I can't think of anything by Ubisoft that I'd be interested in or looking forward to. I might have Microsoft's on in the background, but I can only think of a few announcements in recent years that have caught my interest (Ori 2, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Devil May Cry 5).

Sounds good to me for a different reason; it means we'd get a character from a game that was not going to be on Nintendo. No cameos, no appearances. That would, imo, be amazing for Smash speculation and kill more Fanrules.

You really can't guarantee that, either. It'd be neat, but she may never show up on Nintendo outside of Smash too. If we even get Echo DLC(though that'd be nice, if it means a better chance for Dixie).

Probs depends on how they handle her reveal. If it's just in the middle of a direct and is like "hey we're giving this free echo to people who bought Joker" the reaction will be fine I think, if it's like "AND HERE'S THE NEXT #SWAG NEWCOMER, JANE KASUMI HERSELF" then yeah it won't be looking so hot.

Any anime girl will get tons of likes by virtue of simply existing. Don't even think for a second that Persona girl (who's already from a franchise that is finally inserting itself into the general gaming community's knowledge and taking those big steps in general) would get hated on as bad as soneone like Corrin who was a bland character from a series people think is too saturated already, and even then, there were more popular FE characters that could've gotten in that people were also upset about.

Joker was easily the most popular Persona request, and even then, people who supported him thought he was a freaking pipe dream. There's nothing that could cause as much guttural hatred as Corrin from Persona given the circumstances (especially considering another Persona character is already a pipe dream given we just got the most popular one).

Yeah, I'd say it's not guaranteed. Patterns aren't a guarantee. It's just a reasonable guess on your part. That's not evidence it will happen. That's evidence it's got a good chance to happen.

Regardless, it'd be a good thing if she isn't available for Scramble till something like a year later after her Smash appearance. It would start to really change speculation for the better. The less fan rules the better.
