I actually just got a sacred combo about 10 minutes ago on Smashladder.

Then I got an onstage Falcon punch into an offstage Falcon Punch. So basically a Falcon Punch-only version of the sacred combo

Yeah I was kinda quiet on the boards as of late because my old HP Pavilion broke due to mistakes I made with it that I learned from, and then I got a Toshiba Satellite which I learned the hard way is a very low-tier computer performance-wise. I don't need some super high end gaming laptop either, just a nice middle ground, and found this at the Staples in the town over:

Not usually, but I need my Melee fix and have no one here to play with so I have to give in sometimes. Usually all I find are people who just jump the top tiers.

Well it's an HP Pavilion with touch screen support and Beats audio. Intel Core i5 processor at 1.9GHz which is the only iffy thing, thankfully I don't tend to run any like intensive games on PC so that shouldn't be too much of a hindrance. 1TB hard drive and 12GB RAM.

I've had a Pavilion before and had a good experience with it so I am pretty interested in it.

Well it's an HP Pavilion with touch screen support and Beats audio. Intel Core i5 processor at 1.9GHz which is the only iffy thing, thankfully I don't tend to run any like intensive games on PC so that shouldn't be too much of a hindrance. 1TB hard drive and 12GB RAM.

I've had a Pavilion before and had a good experience with it so I am pretty interested in it.

If you were knowledgable in computer you would know that you never judge a cpu by its speed, but by its architecture. For example, haswell (the current gen being the 4th one) is just a beast for single thread (or one core) tasks. Dolphin only takes advantage of 2 cores meaning it just is extremely powerfull to run it. Which is why I really enjoy my i5 4690

but if it`s the second gen (sandy bridge), it`s like 30-40% lower in single thread.

It just depends on the cpu. Some might be better for single core, multi core, power consumptions....lots of stuff. What I do know if it`s an i5 4th gen, it`s really good because love that gen

Well, the only thing I quite question is, do you really need that much ram?

I mean I could live a long time with 8gb....but if you run stuff like photoshop or premiere....that's another story.

I do use GIMP which is like PhotoShop. I also use Pinnacle for video editting for gameplay recorded off a capture device. I do know that 8GB is pretty sufficient since most of my friends have that but honestly if I can take the extra RAM I may as well do it.

I've decided that it might be too risky for me to do something anime-related on my Facebook for April Fools...especially anything "best girl" related. So I won't be turning my profile pic and cover photo into an anime girl and making statuses all day based on what they say.
