Manji is the Japanese name while the more common name is called "svastika" or "suastika" (Pronounced the same way the English word is). It also have many other names like gammadion (Which used to be the more common name in the past), tetraskelion, hakenkreuz, or fylfot. I've done a research paper on it recently and it was quite the experience.
