A long time ago, I once accidentally formatted our external harddrive. Mind you, I didn't even know what format meant back then. It had bucket loads of old family pictures and videos on it. Luckily Geek Squad restored most of it, but my heart literally skipped a few beats when I found out. I now know what format means.
