I'll be honest, Sonic X wasn't bad.
Sure it's wasn't great (and the 4Kids dub butchered quite a bit), but there's worse anime to watch.

Wii U is so amazing, and there's not even any nostalgia goggles with it. I just wish I had some more great 3D platformers to play like the old days.

Too bad most games that come out are either made for the graphics fanboys or are just bland shooters.

Did you watch FMA or FMA Brotherhood? The latter is more faithful to the manga, thus better.

I watched Brotherhood and it's one of my favorite anime series.

Other suggestions:
- Attack on Titan (a bit disturbing at times, mind you)
- Death Note
- Durarara!!

I liked the original better, only cause Al has a better voice in the original.

- Soul Eater
- Blue Exorcist (still ongoing)
- Attack on Titan (still ongoing)
- Assassination Classroom (still ongoing)
- Nanatsu no Taizai (still ongoing)
- Shokugeki no Soma (still ongoing)

That maybe the reason I haven't brought a next gen system. Everything with color is label as kiddy and most of the games that are out looks bland and boring.

The only interesting thing about it is how it provides some backstory to the original series, but the author had to shift it to moe garbage instead of keeping a similar premise as the original. What a shame!

Akame ga Kill, Beezlebub, The Devil is a Part Timer and Psyho Pass are pretty good
Oh and Golden Time
I would go with the Devil is a Part Timer though, it's short and covers romance, action and comedy.

I prefer when anime and manga have deeper plots and character development rather than having cutesy things for the sake of having cutesy things. Action, fantasy settings and/or supernatural elements, while not essential, are also very appealing to me.

But hey, that's just me.

Code Geass is like Death Note with Mechas.

Those are good, yes but K-on is about music but All I saw was them drinking tea and eating cakes and not a lot of actual music playing but that is just a personal opinion
