Though an interesting concept, the characters are bland as ****, especially the protagonist, who is based on Sonic, yet is nothing like him and is a generic shounen hero intead. That, and the fact that like many modern anime it's plagued with fanservice.

Thought this had potential when it first came out, but sadly it crashed and burned as badly as most fan fiction. Funny thing is it's pretty much all online as well.

- Ike has color swaps based on the following Fire Emblem characters: Greil (his father), Black Knight (his arch-enemy), Chrom (from Awakening) and Sigurd (from FE4).
- Though Bowser had a lot of animation revamps for this game, Giga Bowser still keeps the same animations as before (no drop kicks for his forward Smash, old running animation and so on).
- Two of Alph's color swaps are based on fellow Pikmin 3 characters Brittany and Charlie. He also has one based on Olimar.
- Mario, Luigi, Peach and Rosalina all have their Fire Flower colors among their color choices.
- Zelda's design in Smash Wii U/3DS is closer to her concept art from Twilight Princess than the actual Twilight Princess design used in said game and Brawl.

Actually, Rosalina's "fire" colour is inverted, white dress with red trimmings instead of the proper colouration.

Pac-Man, Morrigan, Arthur, and a female Akuma was involved in the story ...... so they got tainted already. What really makes me sad was that Namco barely had that many reps in the story. Like it would've been nice to see "American Kirby is Hardcore" Mappy or a manly Dig Dug like his Namco x Capcom portrayal. Let's not forget the obviously perverted shota named Tarosuke from Yokai Dochuki.
