Yeah, while I was googling a way to rip sticer star, I got that the hacking scene is really progressing quite lately.

I just got a tool that could rip every sfx, evey music and apparently, it can put custom stuff.

However, the very annoying thing is they encrypted the roms with quite a hard to pass algorythm.

In fact, you a gateway to get a way to decrypt.

But that's JUST to get the filesystem, there's stuff like readng filesand decompressing....

it's basically a mess....

Honestly, this would not be much worthy to even write a whole mod fr the game....I really don't like much the assets....you have to heavilly modify the models to make them Paper Mario diversity....

Maybe, it could change in the future, it's just that as of right now, I'm skeptical that was the case due to that lack of advertising.

Thinking about it, I wouldn't be surprised if what happened was GF suggested that he put in a Gen 6 Pokémon, but just let him go with the one he liked the most. At that point in time, they barely existed yet anyway, and for the most part Gen 6 pokemon were on the wayside in terms of advertising compared to Mega Evolutions like Charizard (especially X), Mewtwo and Lucario. So with that in mind, it's definitely possible that they did give him that much leeway.

In regards to the Game Freak interview, they are not the Pokemon Company (which we know is picky). From what's been said, GF's typically fine with what Sakurai proposes, but he has to go through the Pokemon Company as well. Those two companies are both separate beasts, just thought I'd clear things up.

Yeah, I would like an official word from the Pokemon Company in regards to Greninja, but dunno if we'll ever get it. But it is possible that the PC suggested a Gen 6 Pokemon, like you said.

Time to get rid of my old 3DS and upgrade to the best model yet, such fond memories of using this bad boy since launch and I will miss it all. I'm pretty sure all I have to do is remove the memory card (Which should have all my game data) and place it in the New 3DS, which leaves the empty shell that will be impossible to sell. Nintendo arguably bought it upon themselves since the New 3DS doesn't come with its own charger and I doubt Gamestop would accept a charger-less handheld.
