Sober Tournaments

I completely disagree with the SBR's decision that drugs and alcohol should be banned from MOST tournaments. They must be banned from ALL tournaments. Forget about minor involvement, think about the health of all the smashers. We can't have some people that find drugs and alcohol must be banned from MOST tournaments make up the rules and tiers, now can we? No. I'd like to have a talk with one of the SBR's members, and if there is a head, it'd be nice to have a word with him/her. Thanks.

Its pretty simple: its an optional rule/notice TO's can make because sometimes tournaments aren't held in locations where, say, alcohol needs to be banned (for example, there have been over 21 house tournaments before, though they are rare). The point is that TO's need to be aware its a decision they should make and then rule accordingly. Some TO's simply wouldn't want the extra wordiness in their post and would feel it to be an unlikely problem, so why tell them that it has to be mentioned?
