D3 boards say that Ness can be tough, so yeah, that's plausible.

I don't believe that Ness goes even with Snake myself. Hits too hard and has a really good ground game to be even with Ness.

Gimpyfish is a Smash hero and Melee pro. He's famous for taking Melee Bowser and becoming unbelievably amazing with him, to the point of holding his own against the high-tier whores in tournaments with him. Go to the Melee videos section and look at Gimpy's Bowser combo vids, they're pretty sweet...
