So is Captain Falcon bad in this game?

I feel that the falcon punch lost it's legendary power, which is a disaster.

Captain falcon is really, really satisfying to use atm. Can't say I have much experience with melee or its supercaptain, but Smash 4's falcon has been doing serious work for me.
Falcon Punch also can't kill until 50-70%, and that's O.K. It's a lot faster than it was in brawl, with a just low enough activation speed you can occasionally throw one out just to catch the opponent off guard.
