honestly, you improved a lot on that one. =)

I would try to get the render to blend more with the BG, though. Try usin a tutorial which blends the render in for an idea of how it is done.

Dude, you need to read many more tuts. As you mentioned earlier, you´re on your 40th sig, and still stuck on something along the lines of low beginner. There´s gotta be something on your 40-something signatures experience besides just randomly brushing a bg. Try to create flow, and blending. Also, you need overall better composition and text element to break out of beginner. I suggest you experiment with requests, bcause the current ones you´re presenting are sorta lacking in most departments of graphic design.

In the end, I think it really comes down to how much you know about PS, and how much your sig is actually YOU using the tools given, or that you made. A lot of people can make something way better with someone else's brushes c4d's,stock, renders, etc. but in the end it's how much you know that matters...

edit:Also it's extremely hard to rank yourself in precise novice,intermediate, high level, expert,blah ,blah, so on, so on ranks.
