yeah pikachu is definitely the worst character to fight against if you play as snake.

Ok I wholeheartedly agree on Pika. I got my *** handed to me by one at a tourney today with some of the best players in my state. Smart quick attack cancelling and good aerial timing and spacing is sooo hard to punish since they're all basically lagless. Also, forget Snake's bag of tricks (yes including mortar spam or dropping nades near the ledge) because pika's quick attack gets around that effortlessly. Down to 1 stock each time but it was clear pika had the upper hand.

edit: By the way this pika did not spam dsmash, contrary to popular belief lol.
