snake dash attack spike?

hi, im new here but ive been playing smash for a few years so im not a total noob. anyway i was on wifi today playing random people when i somehow stage spiked a dk with my dash attack. this is exactly what happened, he was holding on the edge even after his invincibility frames were gone so i ran and dash attacked, and he got stage spiked by the lip of final destination, he was at 45%, ive been trying to do this again in training but so far to no success. it might have his DI but i just wanted to know what you guys think

try it with same percentage same stage same character, from the same distance from the edge. see if you can't repeat it.

it sounds pretty cool. all u have to do is go to training mode and put in the same % on the same character and then with another controller put them on the edge and see if it happends again. if it does then great find!!!

I think if you dtilt them hanging it has the same effect...have to test though.

thats just a stage spike. anymove that has a hitbox under the stage can stage spike cant it?
